Is this ball bearing motor the way of the future?
Many great projects, and men’s best achievements have started in a garage, and were originally made out of leftover materials and basic tools, but after some tinkering went on to help humanity in a different way.
Is this little project engine the next best thing? Well is certainly has some potential but it also has flaws just like any project at the beginning of its life.
The basics of it is extremely simple, all you need is a couple of ball bearing and a power source, in this case a car battery charger and you have an engine that does not use magnetisms and incredibly works under water.
But unlike any other AC or DC motor, it doesn’t have the torque to get itself moving so you have to start it for it to spin.
Watch the video and tell us what you think, just an accidental cool toy or an actual working engine.
