The World’s Longest Truck – Road Trains in Australia
“Down under” in Australia, many things are different than what we are used to on this side of the planet. One of many amazing features are their Giant trucks that haul more than one trailer aptly named “Road Trains”. Today we present you the biggest amongst the biggest, “The Centipede”. This is a 205 ton, 160 Food long rig with 110 wheels spread over 28 axles. This Behemoth is powered by a 550 horse power engine connected to an 18 speed gearbox.
