Out of Louisiana comes a very funny video of a drunken police officer trying to implement a sobriety test on another motorist while being drunk himself. The officer stumbles and slams into the car and does his best to explain how the test is being done, without actually being able to perform it. To us this video looks fake because at the end there the cop can run pretty straight, but it’s still funny. Do you think this is true or fake?
