How Many Ways Can These Cops Fail?
The first thing that comes to mind after watching the video is that some of the officers in Carlton County MN, need to go back to the police academy, for a refresher course in a few of their tactics. The man they were trying to detain is wanted in a connection with a homicide. The local Police department did a rather poor job of getting him to stop. It all starts with the first officer clumsily throwing the spike strip that could have ended the pursuit before it began. But don’t worry he is not the only one that fails. A few pitting maneuvers latter, the wanted man is finally stopped but there is also a police cruiser in the ditch. One of the officers overestimates his grip on the suspect and nearly ends up under the truck. Watch the video and see how amazingly this guy did not get shot 16 times already.
