Police Road Rage Caught On Tape in Charleston!
In this video we have a police officer occupying the left lane and not letting the cars in it go by, and slowing the flow of traffic. A minute into it the guy finds a way pass him only to get cut off and even brake checked by the police officer. In all fairness the guy making the video was really riding the back of that police car and did not keep a safe distance.
