Off-roading is probably not the first thing that comes to mind when somebody mentions Chevrolet. Apparently this is a bit of a bother for the people in charge of this great American manufacturer and they want to change this image that people have about their vehicles. The involuntary “lab rat” for this job fell in the hands of the 2015 Motor Trend Truck of the Year winner, the Colorado with the Trail Boss edition. Extremely aggressive tires, off-road suspension, dual LED trail lights atop a roll bar, bumper protection and skid plates are the first visible add-ons that are supposed to warn you that this Chevy is not scared of the trails, but he conquers them “Like a Boss”. Available with both crew cab, as well as extended cab version, standard with all-weather floor mats, this Trail Boss edition will be powered by 2.5l, 3.6l gas engines and a 2.8l Duramax diesel engine, in both two-wheel and four-wheel drive. All we need them to do now is announce the prices for this model.
